Getting billed months after i stopped this

Please help. I have cancelled this contract after 24 months and were told to give an extra month notice. I submitted a letter to state I want to cancel it. Later I went to the branch to cancel it and then I write another letter and faxed it to them. They still bill me every month, it has been going on from may 2013... I want to be refunded!
