I had a cellphone contract with cell C which was coming to an end so i decided to cancel it. I phoned them to tell them that i want to cancel the contract they told me that i must write a letter and fax it to them which i did then i decided to go to my bank to cancel the derbit oder but now they are telling me that i owe them for two months because they did not recive my letter they even handed me to there are lawyers
