Called customer services to cancel my contract, 24/04/2013,
The Agent advised me to send a termination letter to [Email Removed] a months notice as the contract end date was the 27/05/2013. My contracts is still active on the system after the termination date and I will have to pay for the extra month now. I keep call calling retentions, but can never get through. The call takes to 20-30mins sometimes, then I usually cut the call thereafter.
Bad service from Cellc. I would like a refund for this month and for Cell c to cancel the contracts as it has reached the 24 month contract term.
