Why am I not surprised to see more people in the same boat as I have been for the past few months regarding the cancellation of my Cell C get it rewards system? After reading the contract carefully I did as asked and wrote a letter, giving a months notice, to cancel my contract. I was assured that the R39 will not be going off the following month. But it did and the next month and the next month and the next month. After phoning each month I get told that I will be refunded. I have been waiting since April now...
