My contract expires on the 20/09/2013 and I went into gym on the 28/08/2013 to give them a months notice to cancel membership. The lady made a copy of my notice letter. she also informed that the eve il be getting an email to confirm the cancellation and also said that last debit order will be on the 28/09/2013 because of the months notice. i never got the email and then i followed up on the 02/09/2013 and spoke to Dale. he informed me that person who does the cancellations is on leave and will only be able to process it upon his return. i asked when my last debit order will be and he said end of oct. because they can only process when the guy gets back. this is unacceptable!!! iv submitted my notice letter on the 28/08/2013 and i want my last debit order to be month end sept as i will not be in the country as of the 1st of oct 2013. im not going to pay for something thats not my fault, surely someone else can process this cancellation and not only one person responisble? i am not paying for the month of oct and i would like this to be sorted out asap and i want proof that the membership is cancelled and proof that the last debit order will be for the month of sept 2013. pls revert
