Cell C Sales called me directly in September 2012 for a data contract. I accepted two data contracts, one for R119 per month (2gig) and one for R45 per month (500mb). I then called them back and requested cancellation of the R45 contract as the SIM card I requested was the incorrect SIM card. They requested a letter be faxed to them to cancel the contract. I faxed the letter and to this day, four months later, my account is still being debited for R45.00. I have called every month since and they always say that they are working on it and that I will be refunded.
Please cancel my contract and refund the R180.00 (R45*4) that you owe me. I will be sending this complaint to all social media and complaints sites until I get it cancelled and get refunded.
