I have been as pleasant and tried my utmost best to keep this internal however your company, and YOURSELF, has treated me with utter disrespect!!!
I will be filing all your "in the loo" responses to your ombudsman!!!
You just try responding to me they way you just did and I will lay a formal complaint directly against you... Your response shows very poor investigation!!!
