Cell C mistakenly debited 2000 rand from my bank account, they told me that it will be deposited after 7 days..I am still waiting, is this true or false? It is easy for you to deduct but it takes long to return money that is not yours. I wrote a letter to [Email Removed] requesting to change from postpaid to prepaid, why its taking so long? Lastly I dont receive my statement before the time, please mail it before you debit money I am shocked with the figures you debited.
