Proof of data ripoff

For some time now I have suspected (and reported here on hellopeter in May 2013) that I suspect that the data usage costs/billing of Vodacom is suspect. However because I was using data at the time, it was very difficult to definitively prove my suspicions....which Vodacom knows and thus as the consumer you are at their mercy. However, i now have definitive proof. The entire month of July I was in Europe and thus never once logged on to my data contract. Upon returning I have now discovered that while away my data contract myseriously clocked up 823.42MB of data usage! How do you explain this Vodacom? I have proof of my exiting the country in June and returning in August. Is this of is it suspect billing information? Whatever it is, it proves that your billing practices are far from accurate and require investigation.
