The point I am making is that the contract was not explained to me and it does not say on the documents I signed as well. You are not concentrating on the problem at hand. I now want you to freeze all my MTN contracts and give me a settlement so that I can end these contracts. I will make sure that it is settled in good time. I am not interested in your free airtime. I am also not interested in the data bundle which I will still pay for. I will take this up with the Ombudsman, I need you to furnish me with their contact numbers. Besides the nonsense service I receive from time to time, this is the first big issue I am having with MTN. I am very old customer and I don't want to be treated like a. Please treat this issue as urgent. I await your response. I will be available at 16:00 on 26-July-2013. I am a shift worker.
