I don't want an apology when I complain about bad service.
When I complain. I want results or at least a decent explanation.
I refuse to just be brushed off and expected to live with an empty response and the bad service that I have complained about.
Wenzile Masina is the Person that has replied to my complaints. this persons replies were so pointless, redundant and unhelpful, and there was no further feedback given to me nor were there any attempts made by Wenzile Masina or MTN to contact me about my problem.
Sort this problem out MTN, you can only sweep so much under the rug...
