My posting 'MTNs abysmal service ethic' refers. MTNs response to my Hellopeter complaint was a waist of time. Someone called Wenzile Masina responded and told me my call had been 'escalated' for urgent attention and gave a reference number. I waited several weeks for something to happen before calling MTN. They had no record of anyone called 'Wenzile Masina' and had absolutely no record of the call reference number this person had provided. They then found the audacity to provide me with another reference number. Needless to say, my problem remains unresolved three months after my Hellopeter complaint and I'm left with an endless list of unresolved reference numbers. I would love to hear from Wenzile Masina if this person exists.
