MY MONEY and No payback

Had 2 contracts one for n week and the other a month. Cancelled the one with in a week and at the end of the month they billed me which was oky as I thought it would of been for the pro rate for that week the next month they billed me again but and ridiculous amount so I phoned them and the consultant could not help as she said she can not access my account only Vodacom can I must request a statement from Vodacom and the send it to them I did so at the same day I also asked regarding the account I currently have/ had with them as my contract said R149 with vat she had an argument with me and said no that's without vat so my billing is R159 so I asked her 149 x 14% vat is not that amount she could not help and said that is what it is so I asked to cancelled that account on the spot she had the audacity to ask me why that is so I said because of your service. it is 2 months later and loads of mails and still no credit reflecting on my account and no response on my mails. they said they cannot refund MY MONEY THEY they can only give credits this was to reflect on my Dec 2013 account no my Jan 2014 and still NOTHING.
