SAT:14/9 @2pm: I bought airtime from JETMART, Boulders, Midrand - for R180. Once home tried to recharge and said "temporally banned from recharging". Phnd 123 (for Virgin cells) 11 mins b4 they ans'd: Guy says he will just check - and not a sound - when I looked at phn it said "sim card failed" and then had no signal or airtime to phn anybody!! Had to switch off, take out battery then retried. Only came on at 7pm. Phnd 123 again spk to "Dneauo"- apparent -said to email her voucher on Mon and once she checked will deliver airtime to my phone. Which I duly did at 08:45am. NO REPLY FOR WHOLE DAY. TUES 17/9 =spoke to Carol (after waiting 15 mins before anyone ans'd.) She had to look for my email -while I listened to repetitive ads, said she would check up and let me have airtime within 10mins AFTER call. WED:18th : 4 DAYS LATER AND STILL WAITING. Phnd spoke to NOMPULELA - Told whole story again-waited while she spk to Carol. Have NOT loaded cause system has been down... BUT she will send me R50 to tide me over until query sorted out. (BUT SYSTEM NOT WORKING??) After 10 MINS she will send it to me.. That was 12 noon today..
AND STILL I WAIT... THIS IS SHOCKING
