Swandaling airtime

Each time I load airtime with 8ta, airtime just dispears by myself making 2 or 3. Calls lasting 3 to 4 mins, on the 14th I loaded R20airtime made. Calls for 2 mins and then I receive a text from 8ta stating my balance is below R5 so I called 8ta. Contact centre, on the 14/01/13 excuses upon excuse, there after they stated they would reinstate my airtime and haven't done so since then, awaited feedback from the technical department and thereis no feedback what so ever, this is ridiculous, and unethical and it as happened so many times that I would never advise any of my friends or family to switch to 8ta, its just theiving!!!
