Reason to have BIS

I bought R63 airtym on sunday then I bought BIS and made a call for R0, 68 there was an sms sent. To my cell c number of which I'm on aware off it charged me R0, 35 then was left with R2, 97 that amount went to internet not sure how if I've bought BIS. P"2*42 expain that to me as your consultant was not able to answer why did it charge me where else I have BIS. Then yesterday the 17th of september bought R5 airtym and that one went to sms to my cellc number AGAIN not aware of those sms. If I knew I would have bought CELL C BIS than this VODACOM BIS thinggg. What's the point to buy BIS if u'll charge me on my airtime. VERY DISAPPOINTED ON YOUR SERVICE
