Unable to open my websites

I'm using a MTN modem for internet.
I'm paying R289 for uncapped.
But I'm unable to access my websites.
I read newspapers online - Daily Maverick, Mail & Guardian, Business Day. For the past 3 weeks, I am unable to open many stories. In fact, I'm able to download about 2 stories a day... Pathetic!
I am trying to do online banking. The internet is so slow, I can't get past the log-in page. Same goes for my blog sites.

Once again, your Signal Query people at 0839001212 says there are no signal problems in Rustenburg. So they MUST be right, and I must be wrong, right??

I will be charged R289 again at the beginning of February... Do you think I should pay the money, when my previous month wasn't able to deliver me much service?
