How is it fair to pay for internet that does not work 75% of the day? It has been a while but especially now for the last 3 weeks that my internet is not working properly. I have uncappedLITE from MTN with a wireless dongle. According to the dongle I have good signal strength on 3G but my websites will do either one of the following:
1. Open halfway and hang
2. Not open at all
3. Open after a very patient waiting period of about 15 minutes. And should I be so lucky to get ANY website open chances are it would bomb out the moment I click on any link or in the case of this current page retype my whole complaint because the page expired.
How is it fair to pay for internet that does not work?
Shouldn't MTN at least notify one with at least an sms if they do experience technical problems?
Why should I commit to my monthly payment if you cannot commit to delivery of goods?
I have a good mind to cancel this contract and find another internet provider if this matter can not be resolved soon.
There is no point in having internet that does not work properly.
