DEAD CONNECTION FROM 18:00

For the past 2 weeks now from around 18:00 onwards, I am unable to use my internet connection. Like many others that I have seen, I have good signal and HSPA quality. Simple pages such as Google will not even open. Last night I found my connection only stabalised at around 23:30. Then what I found to be strange is that my browsing speed and download speed's were perfect, but my gaming speed was horrific. When downloading it was reaching speeds of 6-7Mbps, but when I was playing online it would not get past around 150kbps. Before the "tower upgrades" commenced my connection would be stable at around 400-450kbps while online gaming. I want to know why this is happening? Have you throttled online gaming ports? If so that is utterly disgusting and pathetic from your side. I am paying R189 for a Giga20 contract and this month I have not even been able to use it. And OF COURSE Cell C won't be refunding any money at all because they couldn't give a about their customers suffering as long as those debit orders run... CELL C IS BECOMING THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN THIS COUNTRY!! ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!
