POOR SIGNAL - can't access internet banking, email

No or very poor signal to Internet. Can't access my emails, do Internet banking or download necessary updates to my laptop. Type of weather does not have any effect on signal quality. I have send emails (with a lot of frustration) to MTN on their given info, but the emails return unanswered to my own inbox. Cellphone signal is just acceptable, but sometimes gone for three or more days.
I live 120km from the nearest town and have no landlines for the past 8 years due to some people who likes to help themselves to other people's disadvantage.
What can I do to get some positive help?
