BIS - Uncapped... not so Uncapped

MTN Blackberry Internet service have decided to block content and some websites.
I'm currently subscribed to the Uncapped BIS service, and unable to open legitimate and legal websites. (from Music to Adult).
Accessing the sites, brings up a message:

"Yellow, the content you are trying to access is unavailable on the current Blackberry service plan"

There is also no option to continue without BIS and use Airtime to access the content.
I've contacted the Data Dept and all they can say is the content is being blocked by MTN.
They also couldn't provide me with an list of blocked sites and an explanation as to why they're being blocked.
This is ridiculous. I am paying for UNCAPPED and yet not receiving UNCAPPED. Why even bother calling it UNCAPPED at all.
First they drop the data packages to 200mb "fair usage" then change it back to "UNCAPPED" but block half of the content.

I would be willing to accept this if the content access was illegal, but it is not.
There is no point in staying with MTN. I might as well toss my R3000 Blackberry, buy another brand of phone, move to another provider and pay to have UNRESTRICTED/UNCAPPED access.
