When I took C Cover with cell C I was told my phone is insured for R2500.00. Now my phone is lost am advised they will replace my phone based on the current value of the phone and not on the insured value because they say my phone is no longer in circulation so that is why they will replace the phone with current value of the phone. They give me 3 options of phones to choose from which I do not want any of the options given. They are denying me to choose the phone that does not exceed the insured value because my understanding is if they can not replace me with the same phone then i can choose a phone which does not exceed the insured value.

Virgina Mahlangu from C Cover call centre couldn't not give me contacts their complain department as she says she does not knows them which according to FAIS act she must be able to provide such information to clients.
