Follow up to previous report: after placing the report on here, had someone call me from Vodacom, he said he will get someone from accounts to help me, well no one as yet! So I called in. Call number 1: bounced from one department to another. First, customer care department, 2nd accounts department, 3rd collections, then told to go to the Vodacom store that did my upgrade in 2011. So went to Vodacom Hyde Park Mall, they then say to me my account is marked "in legal process" Oh my Word!!! Thanks Vodacom! A year later after I incurred reactivation fees, deposit of R1180 (supposed to be refunded to me six moths later, but never was, paid this in September 2012) because of your mistake. According to your policies this flag must be removed after 6 months, its a year later. The guy at the store says that need to phone and ask that my acc status be updated so he can then view as he suspects that someone mistakenly captured my update year wrong instead of 2011 they filled 2013. which is easy to look up as the deal I took was only in that year 2011: the S2 galaxy and tab for R499. I phone the lady Nonanani says it will be updated in 20 min, Mon 30 Sep. phoned today and it was not! What now?
