Worst Service ever!!!

I applied with Telkom in 2010, had to pay deposit of R700, will be held until I receive my final account. October 2012, I cancelled service as I moved. I was told it would take 1 month after cancelling to receive my deposit back. Phoned in November to find out when I would get my deposit back & they said 1 month (December). Then phoned 17 Dec 2012 to hear if it is available for collection & I was assured that I could go to Lakeside Mall to collect. I then phoned 3 other times to make sure of what all I need & I was told ONLY my ID is needed. The 20 Dec 2012 I went to collect. Drove all the way from Elsburg to Lakeside Mall to collect only to find out it is not available. (After being assured 3 times that I can collect!!!) I was then told I can collect in 7-14 working days. 7 January 2013, I phoned again to hear if it is available, I was told YES, go to Telkom Direct Store (Lakeside Mall) with ID and I can get my money back. 12 Jan 2013, Went to TDS & was told there is no credit note. On the 23rd Jan 2013 I received a call from "Malinda" she told me money available for collection. 26th Jan 2013, arrive at Lakeside Mall to collect but was told by Valerie Esterhuizen theres no credit
