They reaped me off by blocking and deleting my contract number from their network then ask me to pay the full outstanding amount and tell me if I still want to use my number again I have to pay extra R200 to reactivate my sim card and that I'm not gonna get my 2 months airtime that was on my sim card. I'm angry because the amount they charged me included 2x R135 airtime I get every month with the BIS charge but now it went for nothing. What I don't understand is how can they delete my number while I still have a contract with them. Because of the bad treatment they gave me I decided to cancel my contract immediately as I felt Vodacom does not give a about their customers. Agents at the finance department their service. I should have listened to my friends when they told me that Vodacom its a bad company, now I know it better.
