My contract expired in May. MTN did not notify me that the contact expired they have charged me for an extra three months which they refuse to refund and I have over R1000.00 in airtime which they are refusing to refund me on my other line. I did not give authorisation to carry on with the contract after it expired.
The accounts customer care service line 808 offered me no help what so ever.
This is unacceptable and poor service. I believe that I am due this refund.
