This is getting ridiculous. I've tried in store, I've tried via email, I've tried via hellopeter and my mtn contract is still not cancelled and getting charged. My contract expired in August already CANCEL IT AND GIVE BACK THE MONEY YOUR FROM ME EVERY MONTH. SERIOUSLY NOW WHAT MUST I DO TO GET IT CANCELLED. Its 4 months after the expiry date already and still going on and I've been trying since 2 months before the contract expired. It really cant be this hard. All I need from your response here is to notify me that the account is cancelled and that I will not get charged contacted or anything else at mtn ever again and when the money your from me while be debited back onto my account!!! No person will contact me which never works!!! Its not that hard.
