Being Charged after Contract expired

Hello Peter,

I entered into a contract with Chubb alarms in 2010 for Armed response. the Contract expired in October but Chubb kept on debiting my account. i contacted them to cancell the contract since it have expired but they charged me R280 for the removal of the radio antenna and they still want me to give them a month's notice to cancel an expired contract. this is in violation of the NCA act section 14 which stipulates that there is no automatic renewal of contracts once they expire they must fall of except if i want to continue.
