In March 2013 I upgraded my phone. In May 2013 my new phone of only 2 month started giving me problems. Took my phone in. When I fetch my phone form the Alberton Branch I got a refurbished phone in June it 3 months down the lane and guess what I have a problem with this phone aswell. I get told mam you need to take your phone in to a store so that a technician can have a look at the phone. BUT the only store that has a technician in store is the Santdon branch and because of that i need to send my phone in and then again I am the one losing because I am the one without a phone which I use for work.
