My contract expired last month, since the beginning of that month i have been phoning them for arrangements to get it cancelled, every time the customer care will transfer me to cancellations department which i will hold for almost an hour before i drop the call. This went on until they they continue to give me airtime, which they claim i must pay for. After i requested to speak to manager that is when they only put me directly to someone at the department. He promised to reverse the airtime but up to date its still on my account. I don't know if its their business model to force customers to continue with expired contracts.
