2 months ago I took out a contract for a WI Fi. The contact was for 2GB. I took the option for an additional R7 to have my Wi Fi disconnected when we went R20 over our limit. Well the very first month we were only disconnected after we had gone R70 over. This month we were disconnected after we went R270 over. Not only do you charge for this service to disconnect, you you get it horribly wrong. The excuse - its network dependant. Its complete false advertising and at no stage did your wonderful sales people advise that this could happen. I was assured that once we were R20 over it would be disconnected.
So what i thougth would cost me R159 per month actually cost me in excess of R430. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE
