I phoned DSTV to have services disconnected. I told them I want my services terminated at the end of the month. (Aug) The lady told me the billing had already gone through and she could not reverse it. I told her I would get my bank to reverse it. I told her to have it disconnected at end of August.

I have now received sms's saying my account is overdue and unpaid and services disconnected. I phoned and spoke to a lady who told me I still owe an amount for services from the 28th Aug to 1 Sept. Don t these people listen to instructions? I was also told part of the outstanding balance is for the 28th to 1st. Why not tell me I will be due for these few days. I would have disconnected services on the 28th then. It seems DSTV has no communication between them. I was only DISCONNECTED on the 2nd September!!! (Due to no payment?)
