After I upgraded my contract 6 months ago I have had bad experience with MTN since then. My tablet and phone gave problems from day 1 and was held at gunpoint at store trying to sort out problem. My account is wrong and I simply feel that MTN is backsliding as supplier. I have sent numerous emails and letter to Mtn for help but I get no response at all. I want to terminate my contract because of the fact that I had problems with the tablet and instrument from day 1. I did keep proof of emails and letter and people that I spoke to from MTN.
