I that has been other 2 weeks since my last complaint about the same problem regarding MTN not interested in my problems. Since April 2013 in have logged calls and complaints with MTN with just responses like we looking into it. So as I see it we only get references and nothing else. Again my service provider has let me down.
Where do I go from here.
