Against my better judgement I chose to upgrade an expiring cell phone contract.
I ordered white and despite waiting a week was couriered a black one, told to collect a white one myself from Cresta and ended up being sent to Eastgate as Cresta had no stock. Phone received 28th of August.
The number was ported from MTN to Cell C but over a week later the Cell C sim hadn't been activated and the MTN one remained active.
Eventually the Cell C sim was activated (or was it). The MTN sim is still active, I can make calls using the Cell C sim but not receive calls and despite the Cell C contract being bundled with a 1gb data bundle I get a "please recharge your prepaid account" error message every time I try browse the net!!!
Keamotetsoe you have been very helpful, willing and pleasant to deal with telephonically but unfortunately you score a naught for efficiency.
Thank you for reminding why I am so grateful to only have to deal with Autopage once every 2 years!!!
