Once again I have to complain about Cell C. I have had no luck in sorting out this contract that I have with them. After many weeks of having my tablet in for repairs (3 times at almost 2 months each) and sending numerous emails requesting the contract to be cancelled, finally resorting to Hello Peter, I got an immediate response, they finally sent back a refurbished handset 3 weeks later, which I Refused to take as I no longer wish to have that model any more due to the amount of problems it has give. I have also been into Cell C where they have not been very helpful and just keep giving me email address of people to contact. I have had this contract since August and only used the tablet for 2 months, the rest of the months it has been in for repairs! To date I have requested assistance with this, either to cancel or at least change the contract so that I can take another handset even if I pay in.! I will never take out a contract with cell c again and look forward to the day that I can cancel my contracts with them!!!
