I posted a complaint in July 2013 and got a quick response from Ilhaam.
I was promised that a last payment would be in July 2013 and in August 2013 we would receive a refund of unused airtime.
Unfortunately no refund was received and a payment was deducted again in August 2013.
I tried calling but after 10 minutes of holding for refunds department I gave up.
