7 weeks waiting for a resolution!

Virgin Mobile changed over to a new billing statement format and my first two months new itemised statements were blank. On the 24th July I requested a refund of the R20 x 2 contracts x 2 months (R80) and received no response back. I queried the refund again on the 1st August and received a response on the 4th August stating that a request for adjustment had been sent to the Virgin Mobile billing department. Again I received no further response till I queried again on the 16th August and received a response on the 18th August from Alicia Nair stating that another request had been sent to the billing department asking for the ETA on the refund. Once again no further response was received. I queried the status again on the 30th August and 4th September and have as yet received no response.
