I cancelled my mobile contract in July as i had not renewed it. I was told by the cancellation department that the number and contract will cease in July. In august, the number was still not cancelled and the deduction once more was taken from my account. I lodged a complaint and was contacted by Chris Barnard from the cancellation department who apologised and said it has now definately been cancelled and that my account will be adjusted with the refund. To date no refund has been received for august. They were not authorised to deduct from my account for August. Now in september, i receive a statement again today stating they will be again deducting today. What is happening? I received no response as yet from the cancellation department. Virgin Mobile once again have stoleen funds out of y account. Should no response be received i will be proceeding with legal action with 24 hours.
