Virgin Mobile are no longer represented in the Eastern Cape and have closed all branches between Durban and Cape Town. They are holding my daughter to a contract which expired in May and which they AGREED would terminate at the end of June (last payment August)
They are still taking money off her account. They do not answer their phones. They do not respond to on line queries through their website.
There are 'many people' trying to contact them, I was told when I went to try and find a branch.
Surely if you cannot provide a service you forfeit the right to take money from anyone. This must be a breach of contract? What happens if your phone is faulty?
The phone number is used for my daughter's business. She cannot use the number for a new phone unless they release her from this contract. PLEASE help.
