I called 111 just @13:30 (reference 311046843) because I received an sms stating that I need to update my debit order information.
Apparently a debit order to the value of R8.61 was returned by the bank on the 04/09/2013 due to incorrect branch code. Now there is a R100 penalty charge on my vodacom bill to be paid on the 20/09/2013. I don't understand why there was an error on the branch code. According to the copy of my application i captured the branch code as 250841 (fortunately i still have a copy of the application). I am not sure what has been captured on vodacom system. I will not be paying a R100 penalty.
Please assist urgently
