How can it be justified

On 22/07/13 I received an sms informing me that my account is in arrears, after discussing this with the call centre, I am told that I must pay a penalty of R100.00, Why? all I get from the call centre is "Your debit order is for the last working day of the month" Great! that was the same day I got paid. I asked for someone who could make a decision, no luck, needless to say the whole thing went south from there. What do I want: Vodacom to sort out their lines to the call centre, the quality is atrocious. Vodacom to instil some etiquette into their agents, I don't take kindly to attempts to talk over me, lastly I want that R100.00 penalty waivered
