You guys take 4 hours to reply on a email ticket. you take 3 hours to rply on facebook, when you reply you do the work half way, i refuse to give all the information yet again as i sent through several tickets and i am in the process of moving my 200 domains hosting to a new hosting company that isnt so full of... i also dont appreciate the fact that replies is sent only to get the customer off your back and the 24hour support you talk of is a farce, 5 o clock was my last correspondence last night and i had to remind you to wake up and work this morning again. If this is the way support conducts business, you will more than just my business.,
