Not responding to support tickets

Afrihost used to be quick with responding to ticket but as of late I have lost all trust.

I manage my own domain services, they simply provide the hosting. They are not listed in the domain whois and therefore should have no management over my domains.

I tried to update a domain to another server at it was denied multiple times from the SOA record that exists on the DNS zone file. domains sent to all emails listed in WHOIS and the SOA record. Thus they are holding me captive!

I emailed atleast 3 support tickets with no response. I do however receive "Specials", "Bandwidth reports" and all sorts of other junk, but they dont attend to tickets relating to MY domains that are managed by ME.

This unfortunately is the last resort to catch their attention, alternatively ill be forced to get police clearance and provide it directly to to automatically allow transfer of MY domains. Sad that we have to do business this way!
