A couple of months ago I requested that they delete my domains since they do not give me the option to do so. It was close to the time that the yearly renewal fee had to be paid. They then had multiple excuses for why I must still pay the renewal fee and that they will only delete it the next month. When I refused to pay they debited the money from my account without my permission. I did not set my payment settings to "Debit order". My bank was nice enough to get my money back.

Multiple times I had to tell them I want them to delete my domains. They even replied asking did I request for them to delete it. After I said yes they said they didn't receive such a request.

I have been ignoring their emails for months where they say that if I don't pay for the domains within 24 hours then they will be deleted.

Now I am receiving invoices AGAIN! It has been longer than 24 hours. Why don't they just delete my domains as they said they would if I don't pay them after 24 hours.

I feel this is very unprofessional. Places like afrihost and hetzner ask you if you want to continue hosting your domains with them after 12 months. They don't force you to do so.
