I've been having trouble with Circle's support and response time to support tickets since I subscribed to their hosting services a few months back. I've had to wait up to two weeks for them to register a simple [URL Removed] domain, currently I've been waiting for over a month for them to perform a few domain transfers. They seem uninterested in assisting customers - I submitted 2 support tickets yesterday - the first was promptly marked as closed without any feedback or response. Over 24 hours later - i am still awaiting a response to the second ticket...
