The iPhone 4S has a know hardware problem with the wifi module. I have had a phone for 6 weeks and i am now unable to access the wifi, (Google iPhone 4s wifi grey out) Cell C seem to think that it is acceptable to have a turn around of 21 days, not including saturday and sunday. The i Store replace these handsets in-store if the phone exhibits the same problem.
