First you send bills to the wrong address.

I made payment and sent proof of payment on 1 October 2013.

On 8 Oct 2013 at 12.56 I received a confirmation of payment received but a BLANK tax invoice.

On the same day at 14.00 I see a notice of demand for payment via SMS.

Please can you explain. The reference is noted in the field below.
