After all the credits on the incorrect billing I requested Cell C not to debit my account, I will be paying cash. All the bank Charges I had to pay after all the reversal of incorrect billing. I was given a reference number (301008120000208086) were one of the consultants will come back to me within 24 to 48 hours. It has been two weeks and nobody has contacted me about the status of payment for my account.
