I purchased airtime on the 15th January, it was airtime worth R60 I used my ebucks to pay for the airtime, I did not recieve it. On the 16 Jan I called the FNB 087 575 0000 and they put me through to E bucks becasue they say it is their fault. I held on for too long and eventually hung up. I logged a complaint on the fnb website and on Hellopeter and today 17/01/2013 I was contacted by Bridgette from E bucks. She checked and informed me that the issue was with FNB. I called FNB and was cut off after authenticating myself on the phone. I am not happy with the whole process and more about this passing the bug issue. FNB and E Bucks please tranfer my airtime, and please do so speedily.
